Ariana Grande's Crop Top/Jeans Outfit

Here Ariana Grande shows a fun and simple way to style a crop top. The great thing about the way Ariana has styled this crop top, is that it is able to be worn by curvy girls as well as those with washboard abs.

This look is all about sleek and simple, so start off with some slimming dark indigo skinny jeans with a high waist. The key here is simplicity, so skip the bells and whistles of zippered ankles, studs or rips and opt for a plain denim skinny. You also want to make sure that the waist is high enough so that when you add the crop top only about 1-2 inches of skin is showing.

The crop top I chose has more black in the design, but thought the sacrifice was worth it to keep the retro feel of the original, with a sweetheart neckline and thick straps.

A pair of patent leather platform pumps completes the look, keeping it simple, so the shoes don't overpower the rest of the look.

Ariana topped off this look by putting her hair into a high pony, a good choice, as it emphasises the form fitting lines of the outfit. Overall the look is a fun casual way to wear a crop top, that won't leave you feeling too exposed, and still keeps you glamorous.
